Meeting of the Center’s divisions heads was held. The Center “physical mapping” was recognized as necessary (labels with laboratories’ names, affiliation to faculties and the Center); logo of the Center was also discussed and approved. Laboratory staff and responsibilities were discussed. Heads of departments reported on the progress of creating and filling the Center’s website. The possibilities of creating an experimental poultry farm with the involvement of the Ministry of Agriculture and under the auspices of DSTU (organic eggs) were discussed. The problems of organizing an international conference in 2021 were discussed, in particular, the urgent need for sponsors to attract key speakers. The urgency of forming the Center Board of Trustees with the participation of Rospotrebnadzor, Ministry of Agriculture, DSTU, local industry, media and academic institutions of Russia was discussed.
