Scientists of the Don State Technical University (DSTU) have proven the effectiveness of using probiotics Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens against Salmonella bacteria. According to the authors, the study will develop a new method for the prevention of salmonellosis in birds and humans. The results were published in the journal Frontiers in Microbiology, RIA Novosti reports.
