Scientists of the Don State Technical University (DSTU), as part of an international research team, have proven the effectiveness of using probiotics Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens against Salmonella bacteria. According to the authors, the study will develop a new method for the prevention of salmonellosis in birds and humans. The results are published in the journal Frontiers in Microbiology.
