The meeting of the Center for Agrobiotechnology senior staff noted the successful implementation of the publication plan for the reporting period. In particular, a review article was published in Frontiers in Microbiology (Q1; IF=4.235 WoS) as part of an international group from Russia, South Africa, India, USA and New Zealand. The first model of the artificial gastrointestinal tract is expected by the second decade of September for laboratory testing. Progress in negotiations on the lease of artificial gastrointestinal tract TIM-2 was noted, as well as progress in negotiations on cooperation with a group of specialists from the Institute of Theoretical and Experimental Biophysics of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Pushchino-on-Oka). At the same time, the interaction with the Department of Scientific Research of DSTU is not so effective: there are still failures and inconsistencies in work with this and a number of other administrative divisions of DSTU, which does not contribute to the effective implementation of project tasks.
