Planned workshop was held to discuss the Microbiology group issues. The progress development of flowchart research of the small intestine contents was discussed: the small intestine contents composition and the choice of analytes. The analysis methodology, the availability of technical analysis capabilities and resources, the rationale for the choice of configurations of purchased HPLC, GCMS devices and its consumables, and the commercial proposals of equipment suppliers was discussed.
