Workshop on the discussion of the components of the cecum environment department that are important for creating an artificial model of one gastrointestinal tract. Methods of analysis of the gastrointestinal tract components, chemical composition of chicken gastrointestinal tract, and especially the contents of the cecum, based on published data, were discussed. Also, the task was set to draw up a schedule of experiments in order to maximally adequately reproduce the contents of the cecum.
