Issues related to the need to create a fleet of analytical equipment within the Center framework that fulfills the project tasks were discussed. In particular, the question of possibility of using an analytical laboratory to fulfill orders of departments and the private sector was condemned in order to turn this module into a self-sustaining unit of the Center.
