The leading staff of the Center’s management team discussed issues related to the development and implementation of the terms of reference, indicated the need to determine the funding sources. From the visual aids, the need for a stand with the chicken gastrointestinal tract was noted (according to the scheme developed by our group). The need to obtain a registration number for an administrative unit (Center) was emphasized, which should have been done when the unit was formed. D. Rudoy was entrusted with the formation of a commission for the acceptance of bioreactors: an engineer, a biologist, an administrator and an engineer not participating in our project, as commission chairman. A. Lukyanov would draw up a standard document of the test program with a specific binding of employees to the document. The biotechnology group was given a task to prepare a protocol (technical documentation) for the development of pilot batches of the drug and submitting the isolated strains for deposition at All-Russian collection of industrial microorganisms.
